§ Mr. FernyhoughI am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the correspondence in question. As information about individual firms in Croydon is given to my local officers in confidence, I do not think it would be appropriate for my Department to be represented on the committee proposed by the council of the London Borough of Croydon which might well involve public discussion of the affairs of individual firms. My local officers will, of course, continue to do all they can to assist Croydon employers to find suitable workers.
