Mr. Malcolm MacMillan

asked the Secretary of State of Scotland, if he will list the major road construction schemes undertaken by Ross and Cromarty County Council since 1959, giving the cost of each and including current schemes; and how much has been spent in the same period on new roads in the Isle of Lewis.
