§ Dr. David Kerrasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the advice of his Department was sought by the London Boroughs of Sutton or Greenwich before they merged their children's departments with other social service departments.
§ Mr. TaverneThere have been discussions between my Department and the Sutton Borough Council about the organisation of the children's service. The Greenwich Borough Council has given me particulars of some changes it has in mind, and a discussion is to be arranged.
