§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend is concerned, for the whole of Great Britain, with framing and coordinating policy for the arts and with Government support for them through the Arts Council and other bodies. Direct responsibility for the arts in Scotland rests however with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland.
