Mr. John Hallasked the Secretary of State for Economic Affairs if, in view of the continuing influx of immigrants especially of women and children, and the possibility of continuing uncontrolled large scale immigration from East Africa, he will ask the National Institute of Economic and Social Research to expedite its report on the economic effects of immigration.
