§ Mr. MacCollThe attention of local authorities was drawn to the housing requirements of disabled people in a circular issued in 1964, which gave advice on certain special points of design involved.
As my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health announced on 23rd October, the Government Social Survey is about to carry out a study of disabled adults living at home in order to find out the extent to which they receive and need help from local authority services.
