§ Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to receive the proposals of the Highlands and Islands Development Board for the integrated development of the Strath of Kildonan in Sutherland.
§ Mr. RossI am informed that the Board is making good progress with its consideration and hopes to make a formal proposal to me by next Spring.
