§ Mr. MulleyThe selection of recruits for the Administrative, Executive and Clerical grades of the Diplomatic Service is the responsibility of the Civil Service Commission.
In co-operation with the Commission, the Diplomatic Service is playing a full part in an extensive campaign to attract good candidates from the widest possible range of backgrounds.
