§ Mr. CarmichaelIn conjunction with my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and for Wales, we hope shortly to consult representative organisations about terminal dates for the changeover of all warning, directional and other informatory signs. The dates we have in mind are the end of 1970 for all signs on primary routes and 3 years later for the remaining signs.
