asked the Minister of Transport on what date she expects reconstruction work to begin on the bridge on the A603 over the railway in Sandy, Bedfordshire

This bridge is the responsibility of British Railways Board, and Bedfordshire County Council are the highway authority. I understand that arrangements have already been made to reroute statutory undertakers' services so that bridge reconstruction may proceed.
