§ 32. Mr. Dobsonasked the Minister of Technology whether he will take the initative in calling an international conference to discuss the problems of sonic booms and propose to that conference international restrictions to prohibit supersonic flight over land.
§ Mr. BennWe have regular consultations with the French and American authorities on this subject and have also discussed it with I.C.A.O. and O.E.C.D. I do not think an international conference on it would serve any useful purpose at this moment.
