§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales how soon after work upon the plan to develop Newtown 99W in Montgomeryshire is commenced he expects to be able to come to a decision upon development plans for the other existing towns of mid-Wales.
§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesThis will depend on the nature of the development plans to be submitted by the local authorities and of any formal approval they may require. Any proposals received in the Welsh Office will be considered as expeditiously as possible.
