Providing their parents hold the appropriate Broadcast Receiving Licence I am now prepared to regard the use of portable sound radio sets by students who are living away at school or college as covered by that licence. I shall be changing the wording of the ordinary Broadcast Receiving Licence at the next convenient reprint to make this clear.
