§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI am in frequent consultation with the Chairman of the Consumers' Association. But this is a matter in the first place for the British Standards Institution, who are already reviewing the Standard relating to safety guards fitted to heating appliances. I have no doubt that the views of the Consumers' Association, which the Director has already made known to the Institution as well as to my Department, will be taken fully into account.
