§ Mr. MellishThe average net weekly rent of a corporation owned three-bedroom house in Peterlee is 44s. 1d.; the comparable average rent for a council owned house in Easington rural district is 35s. 5d. For two-bedroom houses, the corresponding figures are 36s. 6d. and 34s. 1d. respectively.
