asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department under which of the regulations governing the entry and stay of overseas visitors is Mr. Lawrence Addison Nowlin resident in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Ennals

Mr. Nowlin was admitted as a visitor in September and was subsequently granted an extension of stay on the same basis. He will shortly be leaving the country.
