§ Dame Irene Wardasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether, in view of the independent report on the foot-and-mouth problems in the county of Northumberland, a copy of which has been sent to him by the hon. Member for Tynemouth, he will reconsider his decision not to have an independent inquiry.
