§ Mr. George ThomsonThe Canal is partially or wholly blocked between Port Said and Ismailia as well as to the south of Ismalia and it is also obstructed between the Great Bitter Lake and Suez.
It is not possible to estimate with any accuracy the time needed to remove physical obstacles.
