§ Mr. MulleyMr. Currie has not been refused a passport. There is no record of an application being lodged by Mr. Currie at the Passport Office in Glasgow. I assume from my hon. Friend's recent letter, to which I am replying in detail, that on inquiry at the Passport Office Mr. Currie was advised that he would need to produce additional evidence of his claim to citizenship of the United Kingdom and Colonies before a United Kingdom passport could be issued.
