§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI sympathise with the hon. Member's suggestion, but an experiment carried out on my instructions at Heathrow last summer showed 313W that passengers pass through the immigration control faster if United Kingdom passport holders are examined at a separate point. But I appreciate that this practice does give rise to criticism, and I intend to keep the matter under review.
