§ Mr. MellishOne pilot scheme sponsored by the County Boroughs of Darlington, Gateshead, Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Sunderland has been completed by Sunderland. Four of the authorities are proposing to build more houses to plans developed for the pilot scheme.
