Mr. Lubbock

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government (1) if he will introduce legislation to provide a procedure for local government measures similar to that for measures of the Church Assembly;

(2) if he will seek to repeal those provisions in the law which require local authorities to establish certain committees.
