§ 61. Mr. Hooleyasked the Minister of Power what powers over the capital investment programme of the nationalised steel industry the National Steel Corporation would be required to surrender to the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community on becoming a member.
§ Mr. MarshNone, so far as I am aware, although these powers would of course require to be exercised in conformity with the Treaty of Paris.
