§ Mr. MarshThe National Coal Board did not intervene in the Greater London Council elections in the way suggested. The Board and the Lewisham Labour Party buy envelopes from the same manufacturer, who mistakenly sent about 100 N.C.B. envelopes in a larger batch to the Lewisham Labour Party, who presumably used them without noticing the mistake.
