§ 77. Sir W. Teelingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what steps he is taking to obtain from the Brazilian Government the sums due since mid-March 1967 to be paid over on the Port of Para agreement; and whether he will consult with the United States of America, 10W the French Government and the World Bank about the future action concerning this further default.
§ Mr. MulleyHer Majesty's Ambassador at Rio de Janeiro has made representations to the Brazilian Government about the delay and is in close touch with the French Ambassador. I hope that the Brazilian Government will soon be able to complete its administrative arrangements for payment of the sums due.
