§ Mr. Fordasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the decision by Courtaulds to withdraw supplies of Courtelle tow from certain independent topmakers commencing 14th July; whether, in view of the fact that this may give Courtaulds a monopoly in this topmaking, he will refer the matter to the Monopolies Commission; and if he will make a statement.
