§ Mr. George BrownI do not consider that it would be appropriate for this country to take an initiative on the lines suggested. Napalm, like all other types of weapons, would naturally be covered by a general disarmament agreement, for which we are working as our ultimate objective in the disarmament negotiations. The best hope of progress lies in this field.
