HC Deb 19 July 1967 vol 750 c269W
109. Mr. Ian Lloyd

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what arrangements are made to ensure that letters addressed to members of the armed forces serving in Aden, but temporarily invalided to Bahrein or other service hospitals in the Middle East, are not returned marked Return to Sender.

Mr. Boyden

There are standing arrangements for the redirection of mail to members of the armed forces who are temporarily detained in hospital.

If the hon. Member has any specific case in mind where mail does not appear to have been satisfactorily redirected, perhaps he will let me have details so that I can look into the matter.
