§ Mr. Wallasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs if, following his further representations to the Kenya Government, he will state the reasons given to him by that Government in each individual case why Wing Commander Saunders, Mr. Rowbottom, Mr. Breckenridge and Mr. Golding were deported.
§ Mr. BowdenThe Kenya Government have been asked for the reasons for these expulsions. They were given in general terms by the Vice-President of Kenya in his statement to the Kenya National Assembly on 6th July, a copy of which has been placed in the Library. I am placing in the Library the text of the comments made by the Vice-President on the reasons for expulsion in each individual case.
