Mr. Ronald Bellasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will introduce a scheme to amend the London (Heathrow) Airport Noise Insulation Grants Scheme, 1966 (S.I., 1966, No. 424) by making a specification of work to be done and the conditions on which grant has to be paid more acceptable to the public in the area concerned.
