§ Mr. JayI would refer my hon. Friend to the Answers given to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for The Hartlepools (Mr. Leadbitter) on 21st June, 1967 and to a Question by the hon. Member for Woking (Mr. Onslow) on 28th June, 1967.
