HC Deb 25 January 1967 vol 739 c292W
111. Mr. Steele

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the complaints made to his Department with regard to the offensive odour from the burn opposite Freelands Place, Old Kilpatrick, by the residents there; and what steps are being taken to eliminate this nuisance.

Mr. Ross

Yes. The complaints were referred to the Clyde River Purification Board and I have been assured that arrangements have been made to eliminate this nuisance.
