asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what discussions he has had with Mr. Gromyko concerning the recall of the Geneva Conference on disarmament.

Mr. Mulley

The Eighteen-Nation Disarmament Committee resumed work in Geneva on 21st February. The discussions on arms control and disarmament questions which we have had with Soviet leaders in recent months should help to make this session a constructive one.
