§ Mr. RossThe terms of reference of the Transport Committee are to promote, under the general direction of the Scottish Economic Planning Council, the co-ordination of transport facilities serving Scottish needs, and to assist the Council in advising on any other transport questions that may engage the Council's attention. It thus covers the co-ordination of timetables.
