asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many of the 24 complaints made to his Department about overcharging in restaurants in Scotland since the measures of 20th July were introduced, related to the Edinburgh area; and how many of the complaints were submitted by Members of Parliament.

Of the 24 complaints received, 4 were about restaurants in the Edinburgh area. All 4, including the one sent to me by my hon. Friend, were submitted by Members of Parliament.
