§ Mr. HealeyH.M. Ships "Greetham" and "Harpham", which had been on loan to the Libyan Government since 1962, were presented to them as a gift in March, 1966. The average annual cost of the British Naval Mission has been £54,000. The arrangement is likely to continue for some time.
