§ Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs if he is aware that the home of Mrs. Lam P. T sung at Mo Lo Tam in Hong Kong was destroyed in the last typhoon and that, innocently, she proceeded to replace her house without applying for a permit, and is now ordered to demolish it by 14th February; and if he will forthwith intervene to stop this process until he has consulted with the Government of Hong Kong on the matter in order to secure a better solution.
§ Mrs. HartNo date has been fixed for the demolition, pending consideration of an appeal against the demolition order.
