asked the Prime Minister what is his policy towards the conditions laid down by the Common Market Council at Brussels on Wednesday, 8th February, 1967, that Great Britain must accept in full the Market's new policy for the next four years of, inter alia, bigger farms and the movement of labour away from agriculture, limitation of increased pay for civil servants, limitation of price standstill to exceptional circumstances only and for short periods, and limitation in the reduction of the working week.
