§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis considers that school crossing patrols employed in the Metropolitan Police District are best trained individually at the places at which they will be working. The training of school crossing patrols employed elsewhere in England and Wales is a matter for the county and county borough councils.
