§ 124. Mr. Buchanan-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will announce the result of his consultations with the Motor Rallies Advisory Committee in relation to the conduct of car treasure hunts organised in aid of local charities.
§ Mr. Ross:I have accepted the Committee's advice against relaxing the controls, particularly as there has been only one summer's experience of the working of the Regulations, but I will keep the Regulations under review.
