Mr. Hefferasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government will support the recent recommendations of the Assembly of the Council of Europe in supporting the Scandinavian countries in their reference of the position in Greece to the Commission on Human Rights and if he will make a statement.
