§ Mr. Greenwood:The reference to the National Board for Prices and Incomes of the reasons for, and phasing of, increases in rents of local authority housing includes any proposed rent increases affecting tenants of the Greater London Council. The terms of reference are contained in the reply given today by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Harrow, East (Mr. Roebuck).
