§ Mr. GreenwoodOwners have a right to grant for the provision of basic amenities in houses built before 1945, but local authorities may at their discretion make38W improvement grants for houses of any age. The Question whether this should be changed is being examined in the re-view of legislation affecting our older housing stock.
