§ 68. Mr. Francis Noel-Bakerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will place in the Library of the House of Commons the United Nations document A/6858 of 10th October, 1967, being the Report of the Secretary-General on the effects of the possible use of nuclear weapons, and on the security and economic implications for steps for the acquisition and further development of these weapons.
§ Mr. MulleyOne copy of the Report was placed in the Library on 23rd October and four further copies on 29th November.
