§ Mr. RossIn 1966 42 persons were proceeded against for selling intoxicating liquor to persons under 18 years of age; 15 persons were convicted. The corresponding figures for 1965 were 58 and 35; for 1964 they were 36 and 21. I regret that information is neither available for earlier years nor about the number of young persons involved.
