§ Mr. DarlingDuring the period 1st January, 1960, to 31st March, 1967, the number of industrial development certificates issued for the Portsmouth area, i.e., the employment exchange areas of Ports-296W mouth, Gosport, Fareham and Havant, was 172. The additional employment estimated by applicants when their projects are fully manned was 5,200 for males and 3,500 for females.
