§ 86. Mr. Kimballasked the President of the Board of Trade if, in view of the information sent to him by the hon. Member for Gainsborough about the increase in check trading, he will now introduce legislation to bring it in line with the other hire-purchase restrictions.
§ Mr. JayI have no plans to introduce legislation at present but I am watching the development of check trading closely.
