§ Mr. Biffenasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that milk processing has only been classified as a distributive activity since 1958; and if in the light of representations made during the past year he will now authorise this activity as qualifying for a Selective Employment Tax premium.
§ Mr. HattersleyThe answer to the first part of the Question is "Yes". As regards the second part, the Government is keeping under review the provisions of the Selective Employment Payments Act, 1966, which define the premium and refund categories.
