HC Deb 21 April 1967 vol 745 c189W
Mr. Concannon

asked the Minister of Labour how many miners are unemployed; and what percentage of this total is managerial staff.

Mr. Fernyhough

On 13th March, 1967, there were in Great Britain 7,725 persons registered as unemployed who last worked in the coalmining industry. But the statistics available do not show how many of them were in managerial occupations.
