Galpernasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware that Mr. Voss Boreta and Mr. Peter Mattioli are flying from the United States of America to London on 17th April with the intention of establishing the world's largest topless European club featuring topless waitresses, models and dancers; and as their presence here would not be conducive to the public good if he will declare them prohibited immigrants.
